Our Food Philosophy is Simple - Real Food Made By Real People
We use Natures finest ingredients such as fresh fruit, vegetables and herbs to enhance our products for optimum flavour and nutrition. Where possible we source ingredients from local suppliers and employ traditional cooking and baking methods just like Nanna used to make.
Less is more
We don't super size our products. We value quality over quantity. We believe when presented with appetising food that is bursting with flavour you won't need enormous portions to feel satisfied.
We try to offer something for everyone in all of our menu's. We firmly believe in two things: 1. A balanced diet is achieved by everything in moderation.
2. The freedom of choice.
So if you want cake - that's great. If you want a salad or fruit, we have that too. Paleo? Gluten Free? Vegan? No worries. You want it, we can make it!
Our team is diverse with a range of different skills but everyone has something in common. Our staff love our food as much as we do and our proud of what they do.
We prefer to make as much of our own products as we can - tortilla's, bread, bagels, cakes, salads, dressings, sauces, marinades to name a few. For this reason we employ Chefs who prefer to use a knife rather than open a packet and Bakers who like to feel the flour on their fingers. We believe you can taste that difference.
